The following are my terms of service:

For payment I accept PayPal.

*Shipping*
All the items will be shipped from Ukraine.
I ship worldwide, excluding countries of Africa.
Please ask the shipping costs to your country.
I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery by airmail.
I ship all the item by registered airmail providing tracking number. I combine shipping costs.

*Customer satisfaction*
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify me first. My goal is to provide excellent customer service, and I want you to be happy with your purchase!

*Refund*
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days after you receive it.
